The way I know Truth or Dare, it´s that the person choosing truth or dare has to either answer a question truthfully or do something they´re told to do.

Last time I checked, Dream gets to pick whether to take a truth or a dare. But it is more interesting this way.
Plus, that was more of a dare to tell the truth than it was a request for truth.
