For Yggdrasil: 1900

The Franks (nicknamed after the scientist from the novel Frankenstein) are a group of scientists that broke off from their respective Nations to practice in fields of research deemed unethical, resulting in a small, yet powerful group that utilize everything from deadly chemical weapons, and undead cyborgs. Although on the surface they are deemed a heinous group that should be destroyed, some Empires have relied on them to produce weapons that they couldn't do legally in secret.

I was inspired by Vumpalouska Outsiders when making these guys. The idea of such a group of people combined with an early 1900's setting was too good to pass up.
