Description
O.K a bit of a storyline behind this:After knocking Trunks out and going off to fight the androids alone, Gohan seems to be holding his own. Trunks wakes up and flies to the battle site. 17 shoots trunks out of the sky with a blast. This sets Gohan off, transforming into a SSJ3. Gohan destroys both androids and the future is safe, Trunks sets off to the past to deliver the heart medicine to Goku as usual.
This piece took me about 7 hours to complete. I think it is by far my best work yet. Sketch and lineart can be found in my gallery.

I actually could see this happening. Gohan lost everyone he's fought along with and losing Trunks would definitely push him over the edge more than he did against Cell in the main timeline. Because he lost more.

In my opinion Future Gohan is by far my favorite DBZ character. He was uber, just like bardock (second fav).
I hate how he dies, they should have been nice enough to trunks and brought him back so trunks had someone to train with in his timeline. Oh well.

very good, but yeah it looks like goku i have a gohan ssj3 as well and if i may give you a suggestion change the length of the hair so you won't be compared with goku.

SSJ3 Gohan is awesome but the only reason half saiyan cant go ssj3 is because they are half human if chichi was a saiyan gohan would be a full saiyan and he would of been a ssj3 and 4 it sucks i know but i still love nice work

I don't think that's correct, because then Gotenks wouldn't have been able to transform into a ssj3(even if he's a fusion but he's still half human).

Well pretty much all ssj3's look the same there isn't much difference when the all have no eyebrows. The only thing that separates them is their individual outfits, which in this case GOHAN has a similar one to Goku apart from the long sleeves.
Then there is the missing arm and the scar on the face and the different style of boots. By the way they are family so they would look similar anyway, then there is the influence of the ref pic i used in the sketch stage.
