Your Miku is a TDA model; a distinctive model style. I know Maddoktor2 created a "Tda-style Freckles!" facial texture for Miku; it appears it may have been applied for this Miku as a texture edit.
Did you check her information when loading her into MMD (or PMXE)? If additional editor/parts information is not contained either there or in a readme, the only certainty I can offer you without looking at the model folder itself is that model is TDA. Maybe you will find the dl source page again at some point.
