Nebula is great. So are rings, only the rings feel like a distraction from the nebula, perhaps if they were thinner or at a different angle they may have fitted better

The planets look very nice, but I'm not too sure about the lower half of that nebula. Also, I think the stars could use a little less glow. But very nice job, and good luck in the contest
