Description Whipped this up in Photoshop to serve as a reference for my Drawing students. Buildings aren't, unfortunately, simple blocks for us to draw in perspective; they have roofs and other additions or variations on the cube. See my first tutorial on perspective here if you're not sure what a vanishing point is.

Any questions? Let me know.

I'm sorry but this tutorial is just laughable. It's not how you draw an eclipse into a cube...also that's  shape is nowhere near a shape of a cube. I would understand if such a rookie mistakes were coming form a kid that is only starting put but you say you are a teacher? Lol are you serious?

I'm not at all sure what you're trying to say, here-- I mean, aside from exposing yourself as a giant elitist dickbag, that part came across really clear, it's more of what exactly you have an issue with here that I'm not understanding.  If you'd like to enlighten me, please try and do so without insulting me, because I'm not really inclined to waste my time with know-it-alls who have nothing better to do than "critique" tutorials that someone drew up over a year ago for students that needed extra help understanding the basics being taught in a Drawing 1 (entry level) class.

I'm aware that this little thing doesn't even begin to cover the complexities of drawing forms, but you don't have to be a giant asshole about whatever issue you see here.
