this comic cover belongs to the sixth isssue of tenchi muyo that i illustrated for pioneer comics.i was rather surprised when the staff approved the piece. i guess it's not la blue girl status.if it were......ughh...i'd hate ta think of what might've happened.i colored everything with prismacolor markers and white colored pencil.(check out Ayeka's leg stocking)

Whew! I'm not sure if critiquing a picture almost two years old would be relevant for you so I won't trouble you with it now, but it'll suffice to say that it's certainly alluring.
I've only recently been introduced to Tenchi Muyo (hence why I'm coming to this picture almost two years late), but I can see why this cover might have raised a few eyebrows - from what I've seen of the television anime, it's one of most conservatively-minded 'harem comedies' I've seen. They say that a change is as good as a rest, though, so if this picture is out-of-character that's not to denigrate it any way. Nothing wrong with a little pinch of spice every now and again.
