It's A shame they replaced Duncan. Sad they had him go. sad they didn't wait until 2014. it would have been 20 yrs Duncan voiced Chuck e, plus the change to the whole appearance of chuck e. I think i'm will the group of other fans that will never get use to the new voice and look. It all happened because of dips in their sales. Well if they would have changed their food and beverages menus 10 yrs ago and updated them every 5 yrs and prevented all the fights and brawling's happening at their locations. we probably would still have have Duncan voicing Chuck e and probably would still have the good old pro 90's rock and roll skateboarder chuck e we all knew well and loved the most. A Shame i never got meet chuck e and hardy had the chance of going there. was only there 2 times.
