To explain the 5-vert shot thing, imagine that next to each other the photos will look like this: [][][][][] instead of the horizontal one:[ ][ ][ ][ ][ ]
Does this make sense?
As for the skewing effect, I used a very wide angle lens (at 15mm). And when you stitch them, it gets naturally skewed.

No you're right. The upper half was overexposed, so I tried to do a "ND grad" filter in editing because I don't have one yet. So must've gone wrong in some place. Will get it better next time.
