Love the crop and the detail. I think the water is reflecting a little much though, and even more the leaf (overexposed). A pol filter will probebly help out a bit. But in general I think lighting was just too harsh (probebly). Shooting when a cloud passes can help clear this up too.

I agree with im-fine-again, plus some of the highlights on the flower are blown out. A faster shutter speed or an ND Filter would help.

Nice composition but i think a polariser filter would have brought the skys reflection in the water out a bit better.
