I really like the contrast between elements in this shot, and the green really pops from the concrete.
What time of day did you take this?
The way the light is hitting the ground looks great with the plant, but the concrete is kind of washed out. I can't tell if it is supposed to be black, or if it is a grayish shade.

Good job with the composition and the strong contrast between the green and the cement. The shadow is very dramatic and in a sense, makes that plant look larger than it is.

Very nice pic, I love the contrast between the bright green of the plant and the dark of the asphalt and the idea is good.
I think it would have been better if you had waited for earlier in the day to take this picture, when the shadow of the plant wasnt so long, so the shadow would be more detailed and show the plants profile better and not so stretched.
Also if you cropped the right side just a tiny bit so there is just a little less after the shadow ends I think it would look better.

Interesting twist on a common narrative: the persistence of nature against human interference. The vibrant color contrast is a great visual impact. The texture of the asphalt is crisp and the highlights throughout the composition are very nice. The vertical white stripe, however, is by far my favourite element because it is reminiscent of a brushstroke, as if this is part of an abstract painting. I want to distinguish something from the shape of the shadow because it's very prominent. A vicious mouth full of teeth about to chomp something?? Did you mean something there?? I'm now competely distracted by that shadow, and your signature to be honest. I know it's out of the way and small but it's just that font...let your work shine and you wont need an impressive sig.
