Description This is actually the second version of this character; the first looked (for lack of a better term) really derpy, and there was something about the mouth that I just couldn't figure out. Ended up changing everything except the morphs: new clothes, new hair, new skin texture. This was another test with dForce: there's a little bit applied to his sleeves, mostly on the cuffs, so that the lace moved more realistically with his pose.

Patch is the second eldest of the four Duley siblings, the middle of the three brothers. While the elf has extraordinary engineering skills (as most of the Duleys do), he specializes in small, clockwork creations, toys in particular, and loves building them for children. He also seems to have inherited his ancestor's love of music boxes. As is true with all Duleys, he is part mechanical, though his modifications are the least obvious: his spine and much of his skeletal structure has been replaced after a terrible fall from a tower broke his back. This has resulted in a few unusual side-effects, the first of which being that he weighs significantly more than he should (even Uncle  has some difficulty lifting him) and he sinks like a rock when he's submerged in water (although he can swim, if not very well). He also produces an electrical charge (because of generators that help his muscles move his heavier bones), which often give off excess energy in the form of static, showing most often in his messy hair and when he taps his fingers. Patch also has a severe case of middle-child syndrome, frequently comparing himself to (what he assumes to be) his more talented older and younger siblings. This hit him especially hard during a recent attempt at a large creation, where an error in his calculations (namely, the safety of the plane that he'd opened a gateway to) resulted in the death of an ally and the disappearance of two others. He completely scrapped his plans after that.

Set up in DAZ|Studio (with minor dForce on the sleeves) and rendered in LuxRender via Reality. Zero postwork.
