The second one of my six character (this time species) sheets. And again, colouring is meant to be simple because this isn't a colour practise or something.Download for full view.

Are they undead or magical of some sorts? Were they created by some kind of a superior power or did they evolved naturally? If so, then...
Where is their brain located?
Why do they have holes in their head?
How do they see if they don't have eyes? Or do they orientate only by smell?

Well, I have actually given up with this species and trying to develop it to be more natural
But no, they aren't undead or magical. The whole head is kinda fake, it's just bone. If the head is eg bitten off, none of the important parts are damaged. So they just naturally evolved to be like that.
So the head is a skull, that's why there are holes. The brain is located in the back of the neck and there is bone around it for protection. They don't see and don't have eyes. They're sense of smell is extremely good and they can sense and produce ultrasonic sounds. That's why their ears are so big.
