Yes, actually. The idea from this came from Vigilus Ablaze, where the Night Lords and Scourged attempt to take a hive city occupied by the Pauper Princes and proceed to get thoroughly whooped. The Scourged actually lost half their renegade chapter before they managed to extract.

What i want to say, it's "is it realistic?" i don't know. Space Marines although Chaos ones are superhuman, stronger, better, faster and genestealers only parasited suburban human, soooo... i really don't know.

That depends, is the scenario being written by GW as Bolter Porn or is it being handled in a relatively realistic fashion? Space Marine armor is tough but not invincible and with the proper application of suitable weapons and circumstance you can kill them.

Don't know about the strength of Genestealers' claws that made Terminators' armor paper-like. In my mind, Genestealers are ennemies of Tier 1 as Imperial Guard or Gangs and Tyrannids are Tier 2 up to 3, just as Space Marines (T2) or Space Terminators (T3). Both (Genies and Tyrannids) easily breakables by Deatwatch (T4).

Purestrain claws can punch right through even Terminator armor. The cultists have heavy weapons and vehicles, not to mention super sized mutant shock troops with heavy mining equipment. They have psychic communication and nearly unbreakable morale. And it's millions vs hundreds. I think they can pull it off.

To be fair, genestealer cults have telepathy, psychic abilities and sheer weight of numbers on their side...and for all we know there could be an entire horde of winded Purestrains resting just off-camera.

The Dark Eldar have a choice, these guys are literally programmed by their DNA. Also being eaten is way more merciful than what the Dark Eldar would do to you.

Depends. The Dark Eldar doesn't destroy everything on the planet, it takes humanoids as slaves because it is necessary for their survival - they need to inflict pain or they will fall prey to Slaanesh unlike the Tyranids, who destroy EVERY living thing on a planet - humans, xenos, animals, plants and even water. They are a plague, like space locusts turning a lush planet full with all kinds of life into a barren lifeless rock. Fuck them. I'm not judging by the way they kill you, i'm judging by the condition they leave a planet in. What other race does that? No other. All other races try to populate a planet, to build something, the tyranids only take and leave nothing behind. I hope i live the day GW decides to exterminate them from WH40K. Don't defend that cancer of a race.

The Tyranids build something - more Tyranids. They're hungry and they don't care about anyone else. The Dark Eldar could do what the regular Eldar do to avoid Slaanesh, they don't need to inflict pain at all. They just enjoy being evil too much to stop.
Also the Necrons regularly exterminate all life on the planet, and Chaos makes it into literal hell on earth. And have you heard of Exterminatus?

Yeah the tyranids build more tyranids despite the fact that they go "hungry" which doesn't make any sense. They try to advance their wreched race to the expense of whole planets and everything on them, even galaxies. They are a parasite. They leave only destruction behind them. If they won our entire Galaxy would be a graveyard with zero life in it. No animals... not even water. This wouldn't happen if any other race won the Great Fight.
The Dark Eldar doesn't destroy EVERYTHING on a planet. Again, they kidnap sentient beings because it is necessary for their survival. They don't leave a planet barren. It is not in their interest to do so. The Dark Eldar harm living beings while Tyranids destroy entire worlds. Don't even compare the two.
At least the Necrons build a civilization on planets unlike the Tyranids who are moving from one point to another to eat and destroy all nature. Necrons try to restore their dead Empire and race, not wipe out all life. They are not slaves to the C'tan anymore.
Chaos corrupts, it tries to expand and influence all life - humans and animals but it doesn't try to destroy all life because it needs it to exist. Even Nurgle, the Chaos god of Death and Decay brings life in other forms, Khorne is the god of bloodshed but also of survival.
Exterminatus is a last resort and used only when a planet is too important or dangerous to fall in enemy hands. The Imperium builds, it creates and it preserves when it can - there are thousands of Garden worlds full with life, protected by humanity. And they will be nothing but a lifeless rock if the tyranids invaded.
The Tyranids are nothing but a mistake of the Old Ones. This is the only race that you can call "an enemy to all life".

Secondly, the end goal of everyone is the extermination of all other life and domination of the galaxy. Except the Tau, who just want to subjugate everything. The Tyranids are no different, they're just more efficient and more mobile.

Orks only care about fighting, not exterminating. They don't fight the weak.
Necrons want their Empire back. Nothing else.
Eldar are not agains all life.
Chaos needs life to exist.
Dark Eldar raid a planet or a setlement. That's it.
"More efficient" is what makes them a Cancer for a Galaxy in a whole new level. They just don't know when to stop. They are wiping our clean a Galaxy that needed billions of years to sustain life. If the Old Ones still existed they would have pressed the "Off Swich" on the ASAP. They are a threat to literally everything... not just humans or xenos.

I don't think you understand 40k. There is not a single faction that doesn't want to wipe out (or in the absolute best case enslave) all the others and wouldn't if given the chance. Many of them live for the sole purpose of inflicting death and misery on all else that lives. The Tyranids only live to consume and expand. They are a threat to everything else, but everything else is also a threat to everything else.
Also the Tyranids come from far beyond the Milky Way. They've chewed their way through a dozen galaxies before getting there.

NO. You don't understand the difference between a group that wants to destroy another group and a group that wants to destroy whole Galaxies. Cancer, unlike the flu destroys the whole body, both are diseases and yet we don't put them in the same category... The one is bad and the other is HORRIFYING!
The Imperial of Man during the time of the Emperor didn't aim to exterminate everything - the Emperor wanted to secure human dominance over the Galaxy and eliminate any xeno influence, not destroy everything non-human.
Orks don't want to kill all races, they don't want to wipe out all life on a planet leaving it barren - they want a good fight, nothing else.
Chaos corrupts, it doesn't destroy animals on a molecular level and eat them, it doesn't leave a planet without any life, i again repeat myself, it corrupts. It needs life to exist.Β
No other race in the Galaxy is vile and destructive as the Tyranids - humans may bring destruction to a city, they may kill millions but the planet will be with life, it will be functional. Tyranids will always leave nothing behind, NOTHING!
And if they destroyed countless of civilizations, plants, animals, leaving whole Galaxies with nothing just to sate their cancerous needs, then they are indeed a cancer. Harmful to anything non-tyranid, ANYTHING.
The Old ones fought the C'tan, space beings that could eat a Star or devour the life of planet like it was nothing (like the tyranids), just to sate their hunger and so the Old ones created the eldar and orks to fight them and their servants. Two races that were more or less "evil" and yet the Old ones created them to fight a bigger evil, evil that is a threat to everything, just... like... the tyranids!

The Emperor very pointedly wished to exterminate all non-human life, the Great Crusade went out of its way to genocide even peaceful alien species living cooperatively with local human populations.
The Orks want to krump everything, including each other.
Chaos literally makes planets into hell. Places of eternal, unrelenting, sadistic torment of everything that lives. That's much worse than stripping them barren.
Humans have destroyed countless planets, including their own, leaving nothing alive on the entire world. Humans in 40k are very intentionally fatal to anything that isn't human.
Tyranids are the ultimate in efficient life forms. Indeed, they generate more life from a planet's resources than it ever could have managed on its own. Their kind of life.

Good answer. Don't forget, anywise, that w40k is a WARgame, all the background is based on war, eternal war as suggest in the games' tagline. So everybody goes only in slaughter, destruction. All the races are archetypal, paroxystic psycho-killers. And it's really a shame because the universe is very interesting, deep, well-descripted.
