Because everybody's doing it
And I've been trying to do onna these for years. So I dug up one I started about a year ago, screamed "OH GOD KILL IT" and deleted it, then started this one. Yes, this is where my new devID came from. 
Up next is Frog!More info time!
-Celesse is 21.
-Yes, she is married. Her husband is Ferris - [link]
-The outfits (excluding the "default outfit") are random. The second to last was inspired by black-and-purple arm warmers I own and the goggles were given to her by Satou. The last one I threw in for variety and is a more sultry side of Celesse that is rarely shown
-She is not a "cat girl," she is a kahari, a race I created.
Done in Painter, text added in Photoshop. Celesse is Β© to me, so no stealy.

Protip, if you are pointing your feet inward like that, it means on some level you feel constantly threatened, as the reason for doing so is to protect your inner thighs, where important arteries exist. it would constantly make people think she is very wierd, or stressed, and would also kind of deny you the option to use it for such emotions since she's in that state all the time.Β

I think people must have started drawing knock-knee legs because it's easier to draw the feet at a 3/4 angle than straight on.

Ah, Cel's trademark baggy pants. They've always baffled me with their gravity-defying-ness. I'd had pants that were not even a size above me, and they practically pants'ed themselves. XD Hers are like, 15 sizes too large. But, that's what we love about her.
