Day 08 - Star

"Artur."
The young pale one turned back to look at Mask, who had stopped in the middle of the road. He stood there, head raised toward the heavens; he gestured Artur to come closer, which the boy did obediently. Once he stood next to him, Mask pointed a claw up to the sky.
"Look. This is a rare spectacle. The clouds of Corruption are clearing up... You can see the stars."
Artur raised his head as well... and was awarded with the most beautiful show of lights he had ever seen. They were distant little glowing dots, like fireflies imprinted into the heavens. They glowed in unison, some with more strength than the others, and Artur found himself lost in their beauty. He had never seen so many stars at once; the lad had spotted a few of them before through the clouds, but they were always faded and hidden behind the light of the moons. Tonight, they were clear for him to see, and finally he could appreciate their marvel; if only he could see them more often...
