The Mmph language is entirely in abstract. Pyros are very adapted to understand one another. I like the casual sass these Pyros are displaying!

Are they born with the Mmph language or do they develop it over time? I'm sure these two pyros grew in isolation from one another. Is it something innate for them?

It's a little of both (like song birds) Their masks facilitate the need to understand each other without visual cues. Hence the wide range of mmphs. And in their firebug youth, they listen for older pyros to indicate sources of prey and resolve conflict with each other.

Since the beggining of Pyros they used another language to speak.
