My character Aithne. You may remember seeing her in my gallery before but just as sketches. I've had her for sometime but have never done a colored picture of her! I revamped her a bit (you can see her new ref here [link] ) from the earlier sketches in my gallery but her story is still the same. She is happily mated to ~Rianie 's fursona Veera

Here's her story for those who forgot

Her name means fire in Gaelic hence the title. She is a coyote, jackle, fox mix. She was a regular fox until the nazis captured her during World War II and began to do expirements on her, testing new chemicals and torture methods on her. During the expirements she was fused with other unfortunate animals, a coyote which the Nazi's named Genocide and a jackle they named Nymphetamine. During the end of the war the nazis fled the facility and left it to burn with all the animals inside. The new Aithne emerged from the fire, badly burned and scared, over the years due to radioactive chemicals within her she became immortal. The chain around her neck was placed there when she was a pup and as she's grown it has cut into her neck leaving large amounts of blood and matted fur behind. In her ear is a tag that the nazis placed there when they caught her. At the clinic she was starved hence her thinness. On her legs she burned in the lyrics "Come break me down, bury me bury me I am finished with you". She is mated to my friend's fursona Veera.
