It ate at him like raging fire, as his sleeping family lay around him. It was late at night, the winter blanket of snow continued to thicken outdoor the den as the pack slept. Ashwood watched his father, Reed's face, as he slept.
He couldn't shake it, it was nagging at him, biting at his heels and tormenting him as he tried to sleep.
He was an embarrassment, a failure.. he would never fit in.
