This piece started out as a cloth exercise and then it evolved into this. It took a little over 10 hours and it was created with Adobe CS2 and a Wacom tablet. Your comments are much appreciated.Related content

is layers the key when painting?
i know to use a bunch when i am designing but i cant seem to get the concept down.

To be honest, the amount of layers you use is personal preference. I know some artists use only one or two layers, I use about 10-15. Some people will have 100 layers...just depends on what you are comfortable with.
