Love, love, love this! I believe Carmella suits being this huge anyway, but you've really managed to realise it. The bicep of her mic holding arm is a little odd-looking to me, but everything else is *chef's kiss*.
She revels in her obesity, her huge face has rounded to the point she has a draping double chin. Body stuffed into what are glorified sweat pants, the shaping, form and colouring are all excellent.
Only personal suggestions I could add are obviously a bit of food somewhere, and maybe some VPL to show how tight those pants are.

Carmella looks great in most clothing choices so I know when we spoke about her being in street attire or casual this was an instant go to. I looked at photos from this SmackDown more times than I can count always wondering and wanting to work on it. I finally got the nerve to do it and you see the results.
Glad to se it hit high standards for realism and immersion. As for the bicep, it's a straight angled copy form the source model, blame genetics haha.
