ARTIST'S COMMENTS

Woo, I finally managed to finish my entry for =boribaby 's elements contest

These are =boribaby s gorgeous characters Brooke, Rhydian and their little baby Paige. Oh god I love their colours and designs so much, all of them!

The main elements I tried to depict here are air and spirit, in form of the horse-shaped clouds. They are storm breakers, who will clear the sky from unwanted weather, in order to ward and protect their fellow relatives.

Aww thanks, really glad you like it It's a lot darker than most of my images, but I still quite like how it turned out, and it was a lot of fun doing aswell!

Aww thank you I have to say this is one of my favourite equine families on DA. Their colours just go so well together, and there's something about them that's just so special, I dunno why. It was an honour to draw them

Hmm, I thought I'd commented on and faved this earlier.

I normally write long and thought-out comments on art I like, but, 1: It's after midnight, and 2: This is quite seriously too awesome of a piece of art to justify in words. I am at a loss for what to say. This - and its companion piece that you did (After The Storm) - is probably one of the top five most incredible pieces of art I have ever seen on dA in the equine art category. I am THAT impressed. Awesome work.
