A fusion this time! And one that does not get to come out to play often
(yes I know tourmalines exist in universe and look nothing like this but it's been established that fusions name themselves and that they don;t have to look a lot like what they choose to name themselves after...look at the 2 different zebra Jaspers we've seen)

The result of Black Pearl and Moonstone fusing, you would expect Tourmaline to be really very unstable given how little they get along...but instead Tourmaline shows how alike the two are deep down. These similarities end up creating a very stable gem that is just so happy to exist that she tends to just forget what shes doing and have fun taking advantage of what little time she has. Moonstone's wand and Pearl's harp become a fiddle that can force nearby gems to dance along when played (It doesn't affect their minds just their bodies) which can mean if Tourmaline is not very very focused on her enemies the entire fight can devolve into a hoedown. She still has access to her component parts' abilities, and has an articulated body similar to Sardonyx.

While designing her I wanted a body shape similar to Sardonyx considering she also has pearl in the mix (and moonstone is not unlike sapphire in shape) but she would be smaller. I can't unsee Dolly Parton in her look so just imagine that voice coming out of her
