Edit - I made him lift up his leftleg a little
I'm so proud on this one ^.^
I was actually going to use the same background I used with the competition entery for Scottish, but after
I putted the sketch on the background it just didn't felt right. So i made my own background and I love it
so freaking much! Jackie even shines in the snow

Very good job on the background!
Horse looks really nice too, I like the colours, but his legs look like he's standing or walking slowly while the snow suggests that he's running.
You could try bending his legs a little more to make him look like his running
