I'm not completely happy with this :/ Whatever
I don't really like the sea....
I tried some other techs, like making the grass with lineart. I hope it looks good.
The third artwork based on the seasons, this time it's Spring.

Well my android won't let me write a critique, so sorry, I'll just have to settle for a comment.
As with most of your stuff, I really think that it looks good and I enjoy your characters and art style very much. The BG isn't really that bad, but it could perhaps looks better if you added some.sand or something else to suggest the transition from grass to sea. As for the character, I think that he looks good anatomically and everything. My only comment is that perhaps you could make his ears stand out a little bit more from his fur tufts on his cheeks, but I personally think that that's part of your drawing style and is something I've begun to like very much.
What else.........
Your grass texture looks good, and I also like the way you have the pollen floating around. It is a nice touch(even though it'd give me allergies!) and I think that it helps contribute to the happy, cheery feel of the artwork.
So overall, a nice job. I really love your artwork, and this piece in particular is quite nice. Excellent work.

As for the transition from land to sea it's because he is kind in a high place where the land near the sea is not visible
