It looks a bit betterOkay so I said I wasn't going to do anymore of this but I just had to lol... I saw this pic on the net and it totally made me want to draw it
... okay that sounded really ditsy anyway, I used a reference pic to draw this but I'm not sure where I found it 
I was just looking though random pics. If I find it again I'll link it here. I wish I would have left out that tassel thing tho Anyway I drew this with pencil and inked it with.. ink
eh.. colored with watercolor paints. This is the first watercolor I've done in over a year and I am pretty damn rusty at it lol I scanned in the line art before I painted it so I might cg is sometime.The scan didn't turn out very well
The colors didn't come in very well, made it look kinda blocky and light.. didn't bother to take it into photoshop for tweaks The actual picture itself looks a lot better so don't be too harsh hehe ... oh, and this will be the last fanart for a while
I've got like 3 other things I'm working on (non FB related) which I would like to finish before Christmas *sarcastic* so I'll put the fan art aside and finish that stuff up

I find the streamers quite interesting. is the subject male of female? I'm not familiar with the series.

Hmm, I like this because it has bold colors. I like it because I know that watercolor is very hard to work with, and you challenged yourself. I like this because it is neat, clean, and the ink is not smeared. The thing I would improve is color variation. I feel that maybe the tones are too flat, so I will give you a suggestion. When you start a section for color, water your color down to a -lot-. Very thin. Paint the whole area that color, and slowly dab in darker color where you want highlights, but do it while it's still wet (not TOO wet!) so it will bleed and blend into itself...but this as a whole..yummy.
