Finch and Shady gettin' their groove on, aww yeah.lol I totally could have just done this in Photoshop but I'm still getting used to Paint Tool SAI. OMG THOUGH, I love how the lines turned out. 8D There isn't much of a difference all zoomed out and whatever but they were more fun and easy to do than in Photoshop. YAY
omg Finch is wearing different clothes aahhh. He doesn't wear that green shirt ALL the time, that would get boring to draw. WAISTCOATS NOW YOU GUYS. Frikking... Waistcoats. Yes.
I didn't want to submit ANOTHER thing with a white background so I slapped on a thing. I hope it's not too eye-burny. 8D

It's got a free trial but it's pretty cheap to buy it anyway, it's like $50 or something.

I've heard lots of good things about SAI, but I was wondering why you found it more fun and easy to line in SAI than Photoshop?

I guess 'cause Photoshop's just laggy in general. It's not too bad for me and I'll probably still do lots of lining in it but SAI's just really smooth and you don't have to make the image huuuuge to make the lines look good once you size it down.

The background is pretty cool and fits pretty well with the scene... and it's also cool that you change Finch clothes once in a while XD!

Yeah, his personality doesn't remind me of atticus a whole lot, I mean there's some things, but it doesn't seem like he's based off of him. Finch just gave me a good visual

Paint Tool Sai ink tool + rotate tool= complete and utter win. I seriously cannot ink digitally any other way anymore.
And the fact that it looks just as beautiful zoomed in AND out is part of the beauty for me. Because with traditional inks, I feel like nobody should be subjected to seeing what their own inking looks scanned in at 300 or 600 DPI.
I don't think I have to tell you I v. much approve of Finch's wardrobe.

Waistcoats are probably up there as one of the best fashion-invention-thingies every invented.
I've heard a lot of good things about SAI, but I have a Mac adn I don't think they make it for Macs.
