Description
This is based on an attack i enjoy using in this game called Magicka 2, it's basically a ring of death birds that fly around my character, indiscriminately killing both foes and those i'm supposed to be working together with. *cough*I-am-Atlas *cough*Anyway i'd imagine this would be a spell that Charm also learns to use and enjoy to deadly effect. (blood splatters on an innocent looking angel's face?)
