Description Well this is it. My first model done in a program called Blender.

I taught myself in a week but I seemed to have made a mistake in the modeling so I can only really pose the arms.

Oh well, lessons learned.

Whether it was the fact that the new run of Futurama just started or that the simple geometric shapes of Angelyne was perfect for my first model, I think it turned out well.

Anyway, enjoy.

O -O WOAH, you taught yourself how to use Blender in a week? By the time my 3D class came to the middle of the school year my teacher wanted us to use Blender and I couldn't learn a thing! xP Our teacher didn't even TEACH us how because she didn't know how it worked either.. But 3D class was more like a failed attempt on putting that in our electives..

ANYWAYS! I haven't/don't watch Futurama, but after seeing your video relating to Futurama thankfully I could identify her xD For a first model, and a possibly considered a simple model by other 3D artist's standards, I think you did a pretty awesome job * o*

first 3D model? wow, that's really good for your first try, most first models tend to be really rough, but yours is REALLY smooth. well done ^^

Blender? Hmmm, now that name sounds familiar...

Very good for your first CGI model here. Good luck animating it, too, if you decide to go that far

That's a very good model for your first experience with blender, it's not the easiest program to use. Another win for FOSS. Was it blender on windows?

Add to and into galleries of blender models.

Thank you. I'm proud that I was able to learn so fast. Still need to work on planning the body for animation and lighting effects.

There's something almost poetic about making Angelyne in a program called "Blender"...

I'll buy one of those. Just use soft plastic for ... body parts.
