Description Paavo Lötjönen of Apocalyptica

Tools: .5 mechanical pencil with HB lead. Eraser. Q-tips. Drawing paper.
Time: No idea. Anywhere between eight-sixteen hours.

I think you added a few extra facial curves, but nicely done Also...how did you make the cello strings so prominent?? I have disablitites with that XD Youll see soon enough, if you watching me, then youll understand my problem...

Maybe I did? He liked it; that's all that really matters. Haha . . . um . . . I outlined the strings then shaded around them very carefully? I used an eraser, too.

Meh . . . I've tried using different pencils, it doesn't turn out as well most of the time. Besides, this is a horrid picture of a drawing, so . . . it's not exactly as it appears. Thanks, though!

Well, it all comes with experience, I still struggle a bit when it comes to selecting different pencils for different purposes. Talking about the appearance, prolly your scanner didn't scan well. (try scanning at 300dpi and in Greyscale/B&W photo mode for better results, or adjust the mode to Greyscale in Photoshop incase if you got it scanned in RGB mode) You're welcome.

I didn't scan it. This is a photo taken by my digital camera because my computer and scanner no longer talk with each other. Not to mention, I don't have Photoshop or any of the various forms of it. My scanner would've done a much better job, no doubt. Thanks for trying to give me tips, though!
