"Questionable Intentions"

While doing some research in an attempt to come up with some semblance of a story about the entwined lives of Austria and Hungary, I came upon an article stating that the two practically lived with compromises. The Habsburgs impose, the Hungarians rebel, they compromise, status quo is restored, lather, rinse, repeat ad nauseum (at least, until the compromise of 1867 which established the dual monarchy).

I also remembered reading somewhere that Himaruya mentioned that Hungary had conflicting feelings for Austria.

So somehow, with all that information, I came up with this.

Ah, I've also read somewhere that Hungary and Poland were (and still are) very good friends (I believe they even have a Hungary-Poland friendship day?), and that Poland was also partitioned thrice in history, with part of its territory held by Austria at least twice. That was rather convenient for me, at least for the purposes of this story. After all, Hungary couldn't exactly establish "girl talk" with someone as young and innocent as Ita-chan, right? Heh.

Ink? What ink? Kidding... I'll definitely ink this later. For now, I'm going to bed! Good night (morning)! Inked and toned! I also changed the dialogue a bit... I kind of wanted to emphasize that their "arguments" and "compromises" happen quite repeatedly.

Also, in my last yonkoma, I toned Hungary's hair. I didn't do it this time around, given that Himaruya doesn't in the official manga.
