So Randy never exactly SAID that there were 4 of them (I mean yes, there are clearly 4 in the sonogram), just that they were "all girls"?

I'd like to see Milo attempting to convince everyone that he's pregnant, having seen the attention Mr. Baldwin is getting. Unfortunately, it's no where near as convincing as the Dropsies, and Clamantha is probably the only one who believes him.
And Baldwin just lets him go on with it, mostly because it's amusing and "He'll learn eventually"
Mostly, the mere thought of Milo running around in a sweater with a pillow stuffed under it is hilarious enough as it is.

I'm more interested to see Milo pretending to be pregnant because he wants the same attention Mr. Baldwin is getting. And he just lets him, because it's amusing.
