An OC is a character that is made for fandom. Everybody does it. It also develops your skills on making something eles than that somebody.

I know what an OC is, smartass. And no, you're talking about FCs (fan characters). Original Characters (OCs) are created from scratch for an original story created by the original artist.
Obviously you drew THIS picture, but you clearly didn't draw any of the one's that I linked to.
