Ever read this fanfiction "Flat Dreams"? Listen to the girl who drew this based on it, and please read it. The author's , Pengychan, headcanon of Bill's origin is so insane, it literally feel like it's canon. And this scene that I drew literally blew up my developing headcanon entirely.....LIERALLY, I'm not sarcastic when I say this word.

Seriously, this fanficiton really deserves attention. Pengy so far does an incredible job with this story. Can't wait to see how it continues!

Came here from the comments section. The only criticism I have is that Bill shouldn't be yellow. He comes from the strictly regulated Flatland where colors are outlawed, and he's just sort of grayscale.
... wait no, I'm dumb. That's not Bill's color, that's the Time Wish's glow on him, I can see the grayscale on his corner. In that case, flawless!

Oh no, he isn't yellow. This is just the time wish shining on him. If you look look closely at the edge of his body, he has his gray color. Though I think I may may have shine too much yellow on him, so that why he looks like that.
