CC-667709 is a Jango Fett clone who served the Grand Army of The Republic during the time of the Clone Wars. Part of the special large batch of clones who weren't given an Inhibitor Chip, he was a graduate of Alphra-17's Special Officer Program and given the nickname Brucus, which was a mispelling of the name Brutus but this was never corrected.
Commanding the 701st Brigade, he serves directly under Kunihiro Phenex and has fought many battles against the Separatists in their portion of the Outer Rim before departing the Alpharus Galaxy alongside the 2.3 million clones of the Special X Clone program.
He serves with distinction within the Crimson Phoenix Empire's war machine and returns prior to the onset of the Outer Rim Sieges. He joins the manhunt for the remaining Ascension affiliates in the Alpharus galaxy, especially hunting down a rogue Jedi Counselor whom Shinji especally desires to kill.
He remains active in the post-Clone Wars, sporting a Nova Stormtrooper armor yet keeping the color pattern from his Clone Wars Phase II armor.

Brucus is covered with a lot of scars, most from battles up-close and personal.
He isn't afriad to speak his mind and is quite a berserker due to enjoying the thrill of combat a bit too much.
In fact, he is more loyal to the ideals of Mandalorian Warriors since they never submit themselves to the Jedi...But he kept these opinions mainly to himself.

18 are visible beneath his armor, including a chest slash given to him by a Droid Commando before he went Viking on it.
He was grazed in the left upper temple of his head by Cad Bane but survives the shot due to the thickness of his helmet.

Yeah and he's a survivor of those encounters.
Plus, he is a hard-man to read one's emotions but is loyal to his men and his non-Jedi commander.
And he would gladly comes to the aid of others such as Rex and Cody, even willing to abandoning a mission to do so.
