The Stormtroopers of the Crimson Phoenix Empire were the elite soldiers of the faction which is formed in 2016. Like the Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders, the Zentraedi Imperial Legions of the Eternal Grand Fleet and the Wolf Troopers, stormtroopers served as ever present reminders of the iron rule of the Ikari Clan of Pandemonium. These faceless enforcers of the Crimson Phoenix are considered an extension of the Dark Lord of Eternal Chaos' will, and often used efficient yet brutal tactics to keep hundreds of alternate worlds and tens of thousands of realms in line to the Crimson Phoenix. At the start of the Vengeance Wars, stormtroopers had effectively become symbols of major authority. With few exceptions, they were distinguished from all other military units by their signature dark gray armor.

The origin of this force can be traced back to the aftermath of the Destiny War when the Sith Army of Darth Revan, who were time-displaced, decides to swear personal allegiance to the Twin Heirs of Eternal Chaos - Shinji and Takuto Ikari.

The twin brothers kept their existence well hidden from everyone, including from the Bannite Sith and Jedi Order.

The Crimson Phoenix Stormtroopers are the nucleus which also included the very Clone Troopers that went with Shinji following the Second Battle of Geonosis and who soon forms this army in the wake of the Battle of Kazamagahara. Like OZ and the Grand Army of the Republic, the Crimson Phoenix Stormtroopers are expanded to include warrior-based alien races or those from various alternate worlds. Clone Troopers and officers became not only their instructors but role models in making the Stormtroopers of the Crimson Phoenix more ruthless and especially saw more conflict than anything in the Clone Wars.

Shinji even employed the Kaminoans to develop additional Jango Fett clones but eventually utilizes the Marduk's own Zentraedi legions to fill the ranks. A combination of both soon has Shinji wielding one of the most powerful war machines in modern history and he uses them especially to reclaim his homeland of Gehenna-Argatha and crushing Earth-Injustice's brutal Regime of the High Councilor.

Their reputation is so feared that those from the Mirai Multiverse such as Wedge Antilles and Lando Calrissian actually considers them to be more feared than the stormtroopers they had faced in their old universe.

Numbering in the hundreds of billions and many are made up of Marduk-Zentraedi, the Crimson Phoenix Stormtroopers are the Ikari Clan's "Iron Fists" and struck terror to those who have the misfortune of facing them.
