The biological father of Shinji, Masataka, Christa, Hayate, Mitsuomi, Ranma, Sasami, Iris, Sakura, Kagome, Kikyo, Kasumi, Kanna and their other extended siblings, he is also the father of Erza Scarlet and adopted father to other children - both adopted and illegitimate whom he officially acknowledges as his children.

A Nether-Angel, he is both a master strategist, a mecha pilot, Grand Master of the martial arts and a master swordsman who has never been defeated in single combat.

in fact, he is the one who had faced Yujiro Hanma but shocks everyone by defeating the Ogre, an event which made him even more feared yet Seto never once seeks glory or fame just simply to make sure a beast got the message that not everyone is truly invincible.

Like Shinji, Seto is known to have a Harem and is very devoted to his wives as well as to his children.

He is also leader of the Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders, known as Mandalore The War Master and like his ancestor Mandalore The Ultimate, he expanded the ranks of the Neo-Crusaders to the point that the Makawashi Clan feared their arch-enemy.

As the son of Sorceress Supreme of Chaos, Drusilla, and Sanger Phenex, Seto is far more powerful than the Gods of Death and like his son, has a short fuse temper when dealing with enemies and isn't a big fan of the No Killing Policy of super heroes since he's more inclined with Frank Castle and Kenshiro on punishing the wicked.

He has fought in many wars, including World Wars I & II where he is the Super Mercenary whose allegiance is to no one but his own. He forged friendships with Captain America and Wolverine as well as Professor Trevor Broom, who would later raise Hellboy as his own child.

However, in the immediate aftermath of Second Impact, Seto champions Doctor Raizo Kasshu's Ultimate Gundam project in order to restores the Earth as well as remove the deadly Getter Radiation which was barely being contained in secret compelxes across the planet.

When he arrives in Neo-Japan with his beloved Yui and their son as well as Rei Ayanami and Keitaro Urashima, they were betrayed by Doctor Mikamura as well as being ruthlessly ambushed by his own father's allies Major Ulube Ishikawa, Hina Urashima and Gendo Rokobungi.

Having been in a coma for a period of time, Seto assumes the identity of the Masked Swordsman and had worked behind the scenes while undermining much of his hated father's efforts of trying to finishing off Shinji.

2016 was a difficult time for Seto as he was not betrayed by members of his own family but had discovered the events which had led to Shinji's rebirth as the Dark Lord of Eternal Chaos and is devastated to discover Tsunade's direct involvement in this tragedy.

Yet prior to this, he was captured and brutally tortured at Blood Prison at the direction of Lord Gao Rong, who was transmitting the proceedings to Sanger while Seto's cousins and own brother Nagamitsu did nothing to stop the torture due to already been forced to betray him or risk having their own families murdered.

Although he was able to escape Blood Prison with the secret aid of Warden Miu, the damage had already been done and like his son, Seto has gone over the deep end.

Lost, confused and extremely upset to the point that he had destroyed his whole penthouse suite in a violent fit of rage, Seto refuse to speak to Tsunade while coldly walking passed her, Shizune and even his clan before a tragic decision was made. So angry was he with everyone for what they had done during his long absence that he rips his family's necklace from his neck and openly declares he no longer has a family before storming out.

He would go as far as to declaring his emotionally distraught brother Nagamitsu that they are no longer brothers or even family, going as far as to slaps him across the face and declares him to be as dead as everyone else, including Jin.

He made a Blood Vow of destroying everything they represent and seals his promise by openly cutting his left cheek so deeply that he refuse to let either Tsunade or Shizune touch him for they are not the people he knew but complete strangers.

Although offered to command JUMP Force initially, Seto practically refused to accept the post and would even turns down offers of alliances with either Ryu Hayabusa, the Vermillions or anyone.

His coldness is mirrored by his growing bitterness and hatred for anyone involved in the anarchy which had destroyed his family's happiness and robbing him of that very same happiness of having a loving family.

No one dares directly persuades Seto and most leaves him be since he has grown to distrust anything said about his son. However, he was not Deathstroke and while he wouldn't publicly show it, Seto felt more alone than ever before and would be so depressed that he would silently shed tears.

He would eventually travel around with his loyal companions, never once talked about his family or answering Tsunade at all. In fact, he openly turns his back on friendships and even severs his personal ties with the British and the Americans after learning of what they did. Things got so bad that Seto became very detached from his family as he continues to experience an emotional crisis.

In fact, Seto soon develops a cold ruthlessness which shocks many who knew him, especially when he murders his own hated father Sanger at the height of the Battle of Necrosis, effectively plunging the former Phoenix Empire into a long period of chaos.

His travels soon leads him into open conflict with Retsudo Yagyu and the corrupted Roju Council, whose sponsoring of the traitors within his former family only reinforced Seto's growing anger. As he travels, he began to show a taste for pure carnage and like Shinji, he would slaughter entire families alongside those he was hunting down.

He then kills a number of his family members, including killing Shiden for his failure to prevent Raidou from raping Ayame and came close to murdering his own son Hayate if he was stopped by Ayame. Seeing her in tears opened his eyes and realizing that he was becoming no different than Yujiro, Seto leaves the village while never once looking back at either Ayame or their son.

Once seeing the chaos caused by the machinations which deeply affected his family and after much soul-searching after a run-in with the Mystic Rose, Seto would soon return and assumes leadership of JUMP Force but has revenge on his mind.

As leader of JUMP Force, he soon begins to reforge his family while has difficulty working with Konoha, especially Minato and Kushina. In fact, he is so angry that he barely hold his anger in check until he finally lost it and condemned the village for their stupidity and arrogance while walking out on them...only to be stopped by the Fire Daimyo's son, who begged him to save the people if not either the village, the Fire Country or even the Shinobi Nations.

That alone was enough for Seto to agree and it also where he and Tsunade reconciled upon realizing that they can't live without each other. Seto also reunited with his biological mother, Drusilla, who mirrors his emotional pain very well to the point that they were shedding tears silently as they hugged one another.

His sworn nemesis is Jinosuke Makawashi and he is soon reunited with his family in 2019. He would also fought some of his old allies in order to prevent any of them from trying to slay Shinji, placing his children over saving the world.

He resumes the title of Emperor and soon joins Sun Jian and others in forming a new Council which oversees the activities of their respected kingdoms.
