Description
So after the pink thing i felt need for big angry dragon...and this was the result...one HUGE dragon (we are ant size to this guy).Anyways the story is a prince was fascinated with magic and dragons. When he became king he ordered one of the towers altered to perform spells. However with no formal tutor on the more dangerous spells, thing went wrong. He summoned a dragon on idea of using it to guard the castle. However his pronounciation was off and lucky to have got it to work at all, even if it was in form of a terrible beast that will guard the gems and castle just..not a soul can get near XD
The cart is someone having made a raid to the castle whilst the dragon was hunting, the beast is now pondering on whether to squish the moving bug or not.
done in ink and watercolour pencils.
he is currently nameless though one suggestion is Smaug, but then i think Smaug should be in a cave on huge pile of gold XD.

Very neat, and the short bit of a tale that goes with it is nice as well! Looks like he has a friend off in the distance...And it seems one of our Eggs likes it as well!

i need to do a red dragon my last one was all pink and girly so needed something angry hence the red beast, plus red worked well with the rocks and background( i painted the dragon last). It didn't take that long at all to draw at least the rocks where a bit painstaking to paint but that was only due to she paint drying lighter than i wanted so had to go over in layers a few times otherwise watercolour pencils make for a quickish painting.
