Description Lol, this was from a little Neo experiment I conducted.

See, Spooky #85 ends with Claw mentioning he's going to put Tombstones in the Beauty Contest on Neopets. So, for the week that that comic ran in the NT, I had this image run in the beauty contest, with the caption, "Come on, Claw, leave me alone!" (or something like that).

I didn't advertise it anywhere, or mention I was doing it, because I wanted to see how many votes Tombstones would get with zero advertisement outside of the Times. He got 153 votes, placed 48 overall. And I think that's just keen. It was very neat to have a comic concept exist in another facet of Neopia. XDDD


Let's see... so now I've had comics that match current plots, I've had comics match fake plots (April Fools jokes), animated comics, comics using photographs, 4th-wall-breaker comics, I've dressed my pets to match a comic (last Halloween), and now I've had a comic/Beauty Contest combo. I've gotta think of something new to do now. XD

Yup, I've done one Altador Cup comic each year. And I've done one comic with the Deserted Fairground, but that's also gonna be the theme of my Halloween special this year. 8D

HauntedClaw should take up photography. The composition, the subject, the way he captured the look of fear on Tombstone's face, it's just fantastic. Really 'Claw, you have a gift.

Heee, I was a sneaky BC ninja!

I wasn't really doing it for the votes, I was doing it for the bonus humor for the comic. X3 Though the trophy's kinda' nice too. Komo used to be the only one with BC trophies.
