since werewolf was alleardy in the challenge I went with the Loch Ness Monster....I just think that one got me hooked up on cryptozoology.And well I didn't draw Nessi in the way I think she/he/it ? might really look if there is a possibility it exits just because I had too much fun with
the sea serpent design.
My candidtates for the Loch Ness Monster would be a) A long necked seal or b) a damn big sturgeon.

Some carcasses of sea serpents are said to be oar fish or
parts of basking sharks if I rember correct.
Does the oar fish need sweet water or salt water?

They are salt water, the loch is connected to the ocean in 2 spots, but it is still pretty rare. The oar fish is tropical and stays in warmer waters. It may explain some sightings, but maybe not Nessie. I think at one time there may have been something in the Loch, some unknown species probably the last of it's kind, and it died a long time ago. People see what they want to see now. I would love for there to be something real in there! I love a good mystery! New species are discovered every day. Until recently no one had ever seen an oarfish alive just the dead ones that washed up, now they are popping up every where! Maybe that will happen with Big foot and Nessie!
