Also not really my best work, but still nice.Er, I started this (yes, months ago) after watching a video clip of Nick Cave and Blixa Bargeld singing "Where the Wild Roses Grow" together. *grin* I'm a fan of the pairing.
I know, I know... Not the right time in my picture! I used older photos for references because I wanted to draw Blixa's pants. ^_^;
[EDIT] Oh right, I forgot. I know the heights are funky and the proportions are off. Those are the main reasons I don't consider this to be one of my best pieces.

I've always liked that pair up better. My heart jumps a little when Nick gives Blixa the flower. They are, with no doubt, the hottest men over 40, and my favourite pairup besides Nick and Polly Jean.

The Weeping Song reminds me of this, just because its so silly and so cheap and the water is bags hahaha. But this is an amazing drawing of them!

The guy on the left looks pretty realistic to me, the one on the right has a bit too long of legs; that's the only problem I see with them.

Yea, I know, but I couldn't shorten them because it would look even more like he was standing on Nick, though he's supposed to be in front of him. I should have started him further down, too.

OMG, Nick and Blixa?? I WANNA SEE THAT VID!! I'm such a big fan of them...especially Nick in his Birthday Party years...that was some of the trippiest shit EVER...but damn, how I want to be his "Zoo-Music Girl"...
Sadly, that would require a change in gender.

I love how not only is there so much detail, but they appear as if they're cartoons. I don't know if you were aiming for this effect, but I like it a lot. A nice break from super-realism.
