The actual size of the sprite (and nothing else) is based upon 3rd/4th gen pokemon games. (Namely, the big sprites you see prior to joining the overworld.)

It's Seriri from the Puyo Puyo series! I referenced her appearance from Puyo Puyo Quest. I think this is my favorite sprite so far. Just... damn do I love the results I got from this one. This is a very nice sprite.

Once again, nothing too fancy but I don't know that Sega era tiny puyo sprites are a thing anyone has done yet. Sooo boop!
