This is quite impressive. I agree with what was said about the background, but the pose is excellent.

That looks great man, I love the background but it overpowers the character a bit. Maybe tone down the opacity a bit would help the ninja stand out more

Hmm, you have a point. I painted this with the b&w->colour technique, and I'm still trying to find a way that doesn't bleach all the colours horribly.
I'll go back and tinker with it now. Cheers man.
