Aww, thanks! See? I liked the painting so much I turned it into my avatar! I swear I giggled most of the time I painted it. . . hehe. Always have the best time when I can smile or chuckle while I'm painting <3

What are you talking about? I see your gallery. You've got talent! Keep it up, keep doing it! I was a black and white artist for the longest time. I think I started with color maybe 4 years ago? I still drop back into B&W now and then.

THANK YOU! I was so stoked while researching this girl. I think she's beautiful, and so unique in undersea world. Just amazing what nature can do!

I thought that light is a part of the fish......

"u r my sunshine~ my only sunshine~ u make me happy~ ........"

LOL! I was humming that song while I painted her. It seemed so appropriate. I'm glad others get the humor, heh. Thanks for the fave!

Thank you! I didn't know about the light either until I researched the fish for this painting. I like to get to know my subjects as best I can, so I always research first and learn what I can. Found a lot of cool info on them!

Yes, they are! Did you know the male Angler is really, REALLY tiny and doesn't have a light at all? He attaches to the female and then becomes FUSED to her body.
