I just got back from vacation and drew this to ease back into drawing on a tablet. Of course theirs a deeper meaning behind this like with all my other pictures. Notice how evil Hydro's tail is wrapped around Waldo, manipulating the red head while he stays innocently in the background, watching as his sinister plan unfolds?
