I helped with the supervision of the EHF Communications installation onboard her long ago - and other things - nice carrier -
Didnt she move to WA recently? or hasit happened yet?
How long you have left, and whats your rate?
I was an ET, on a tin-can - The USS William V. Pratt (DDG-44) long long ago...

We Are in WA, in the dry docks O_O. Assuming I don't get out early, I have about 2 1/4 years left.
I'm an FC, working on the CIWS, at least when she's not in the docks...

I like Washington, its a lot of fun, spent a good bit of time there over the last number of years - even the yard, is one of the more pleasant shipyards to work in.

It's definitely one of the nicer-looking bases I've been to.

And with Seattle, ashort drive away - who can lack ffor the comfort of female companionship in that neck of the woods?
the food, the night-life - the art - the music -
Ah! Seattle - a place where dreams are made - and fun, on every corner...

(PS - I spent a long time in Seattle, building the naval Reserve Center tight on the lake - and a good bit of time in the yard in Bremerton, on various things on various ships and submarines...can you tell, I had a lot of fun?)
