I have not finished the story. I'm currently working on another J2 fic as of now. As soon as I'm done with that I can start working again on the story that goes with this picture.

Ah, why yes it is a tattoo. I forgot to mention that, so you're deemed awesome for noticing. It's actually two wings, but obviously we can't see the other side of his neck, but yeah that was the idea.
