The fact that I have actually managed to finish this thing feels like somewhat of a miracle.

This is what I've been working on for the past week. I knew it'd be a big project, but I didn't expect it to take nearly the amount of hours it did! Wow I'm glad it's done. This has to be the happiest, fluffiest piece I've ever done. xD

Thinking about it, it probably took so long because of the sheer amount of characters. I did, what... six sketches, six linearts, six flat colours, six sets of shading & highlights. All the lighting is very weird too so that didn't help. xD Tried some backlighting with the cats but then forgot to do anything with the wall so now it looks weird now that I've uploaded it but oh well.

It kind of looks like three separate pieces now that I look at it properly.

I hope you can tell what I'm trying to get across with the characters in this! (: I don't know what those underwater things are, but drawing one upside down sure was fun.

So, I'll shut up in a second but first I'd like to welcome any comments or criticism. I know I still have a lot to learn about backgrounds and composition and lighting and everything else really so tell me how I can improve! ^^
