Homework can't hold me down! 
After designing an outfit for =DelightedWings , I started to really like the painting outfits from season 4. So that's why I added it to my Perrie Challenge list
I know her outfit maybe looks more like a survival outfit, but I don't mind

You know, when I first time saw Perrie, I thought she's fairy of sweets. xD Because of her colorful wisps and sweet look.
