I know its a very dark image but that was done on purpose. I love crows / ravens / jackdaws or any other kind of bird of that species. Not only do I see them as born survivors but I seen them bring down birds of prey. But despite their beauty and skill they are associated with death and are seen as the bringer of bad luck. You know.. I thought that myself hun.. but the information on the cage said Crow... it made me think of the the film "the crow" one of my faves. So you might be right and they got it wrong.. woudnt surprise me in the least xx
